HP Foods Limited first purchased Lea & Perrins early in the 1930s.  In 1967, Imperial Brands plc owned the Worcestershire sauce brand.

Subsequently, Danone S.A. was the parent brand of Lea & Perrins from 1988 to 2005.  

Is Worcestershire sauce vegan?
