In 1996, David Gilmour, a Canadian businessman founded the water company under the title Natural Waters of Viti Ltd. Later on, Lynda Resnick’s Roll Global and Stewart owned the company in 2004.

Under the Wonderful Company, Max Samilliam, and J.M. Martin are controlling the majority of Fiji Water’s shares. Today, the water brand is the second-largest water-selling company in the US.
